1. Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the ju 26 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between ju 26 and each user. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of Bangladesh and apply to users residing in Bangladesh. ju 26 reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time and will notify users of significant changes in a timely manner. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms apply only to individuals aged 18 or older.

2. Account Creation & Security
To create an account on ju 26, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. The name, mobile number, email address, and other details provided at registration must be your own — creating an account under someone else's identity or using false information is strictly prohibited. Only one account per person is permitted; any attempt to create multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being closed immediately.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Sharing, selling, or transferring your login details to any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately and change your password. ju 26 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from misuse of login credentials or failure to maintain account security.
As part of the account verification (KYC) process, we may request a national ID, mobile number verification, or other supporting documents. Withdrawal access may be restricted until verification is complete. This process is essential for user protection and fraud prevention, and all submitted information is handled with the strictest confidentiality.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
While using the ju 26 platform, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Fraudulent activity, the use of bots or automated software, attempts to hack the system, and collusion betting with other users are strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the relevant account will be immediately suspended or permanently closed, and the associated balance may be forfeited.
You may not engage in any activity on the platform that harms or harasses other users or disrupts normal platform operations. The use of offensive, discriminatory, or threatening language via live chat or any other communication channel is prohibited. Attempting to exploit any technical glitch or bug in the system constitutes misconduct, and any winnings obtained in this way will be voided from the account.
Every user on the platform is considered to be participating in betting activities of their own free will. Minors (under 18 years of age) are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform. If a user is identified as a minor, their account will be closed immediately and no balance will be refunded.

- Bonus abuse or attempting to cash out bonuses without meeting the applicable terms is prohibited.

4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal; requests submitted without meeting these requirements will be declined.
If a transaction fails or you are charged incorrectly, please contact our support team with a screenshot — we are committed to resolving the issue as quickly as possible. Fraudulent transactions or chargeback attempts may result in account suspension and legal action.
Ju 26 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any payment method under certain circumstances. Users will be notified in advance of any changes to available payment methods. Any applicable taxes or government levies are the sole responsibility of the user.
5. Limitation of Liability & Account Policy
Ju 26 provides its services on an "as is" basis. ju 26 accepts no liability for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, third-party server failures, unexpected technical faults, or force majeure events. Any financial losses resulting from betting on the platform are entirely the user's own responsibility.
We make every effort to ensure uninterrupted availability of our platform; however, brief downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen events. If a connection is lost during active betting, the outcome will be determined based on the last recorded state in the system, and that decision shall be final. ju 26 will not be liable for losses caused by third-party fraud or cyberattacks, though we are committed to resolving any such issues as quickly as possible.
In cases of account suspension or closure, ju 26 follows the policies set out below. If a user violates the Terms & Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a threat to platform security, their account may be temporarily suspended or permanently closed without prior notice. For suspended accounts, a decision will be communicated following an investigation, and the account will be reinstated if no breach of terms is found.
Users who wish to close their account may submit a request through the support team. It is strongly recommended to withdraw any remaining balance before proceeding with voluntary account closure. Following closure, account data may be retained for a specified period in accordance with applicable laws in Bangladesh. 6. Intellectual Property, Third Parties & Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh, and Bangladeshi courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable by a court, all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. ju 26 will endeavor to provide reasonable notice of any changes to the terms, though the right to make immediate changes in urgent circumstances is reserved.
